Sous nos cieux en Afrique et particuli\u00e8rement au Burkina Faso, la connexion est toujours consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un luxe pour le plus grand nombre.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A la mani\u00e8re du t\u00e9l\u00e9phone portable qui a conquis \u00e0 une vitesse incroyable les foyers des burkinab\u00e8, la connexion internet est entrain de connaitre sa mue ou plut\u00f4t sa r\u00e9volution. Depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es les consommateurs des op\u00e9rateurs de t\u00e9l\u00e9phonies mobiles avec acc\u00e8s \u00e0 Internet ont tout tent\u00e9 pour faire baisser le coup du forfait Internet jug\u00e9 exorbitant. Campagne de sensibilisations et d\u2019interpellations, intimidations, boycotte rien ni fit pour les faire infl\u00e9chir, pas m\u00eame les pouvoirs publics.<\/p>\n<p>Mais depuis un an, le wifi est entrain de faire des \u00e9mules avec les m\u00eames op\u00e9rateurs de t\u00e9l\u00e9phonies mobiles et surtout avec des priv\u00e9s comme la connexion wifi de B-Box. Et de plus en plus les usagers qui utilisent la connexion \u00e0 base du t\u00e9l\u00e9phone portable se d\u00e9tournent peu \u00e0 peu des forfaits propos\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Dans les gargotes, les restaurants, les services \u00e0 la demande, les bars et m\u00eame les \u00e9piceries\u00a0; ils sont nombreux les burkinab\u00e8 qui se font poser les Box Wifi \u00e0 usage personnel ou commercial \u00e0 moindre frais. Cela suffira-t-il \u00e0 faire bouger les lignes\u00a0? Rien n\u2019est moins s\u00fbr\u00a0! Mais \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re des constatations\u00a0; la publicit\u00e9 agressive men\u00e9e par les op\u00e9rateurs de t\u00e9l\u00e9phonies mobiles ont de moins en moins d\u2019impact. La prolif\u00e9ration des Box Wifi dans les quartiers se constate ais\u00e9ment et \u00e0 une vitesse \u00e9tonnante.<\/p>\n<p>Sommes-nous entrain de vivre un nouveau tournant d\u00e9cisif dans le monde de la connexion Internet\u00a0?
