Invoquant une violation du trait\u00e9 bilat\u00e9ral d&rsquo;investissement entre P\u00e9kin et Abuja, sign\u00e9 en 2001, l&rsquo;entreprise chinoise entame une proc\u00e9dure d&rsquo;arbitrage
