Niamey entend, de son c\u00f4t\u00e9, saisir des juridictions nationales et internationales afin d\u2019obtenir r\u00e9paration des \u00ab pr\u00e9judices subis \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Le comit\u00e9 aura pour mission de documenter d\u2019\u00e9ventuelles infractions en mati\u00e8re environnementale, sanitaire et fiscale, attribu\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019op\u00e9rateur fran\u00e7ais au cours de ses activit\u00e9s mini\u00e8res, et de pr\u00e9parer les dossiers n\u00e9cessaires aux poursuites envisag\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Aucune r\u00e9action officielle d\u2019Orano n\u2019avait \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9e au moment de l\u2019annonce.
