L\u00e0-bas, la gu\u00e9risseuse aurait interdit l\u2019entr\u00e9e \u00e0 Salimata, la qualifiant de sorci\u00e8re. En pleine pri\u00e8re, Alima serait tomb\u00e9e en transe et aurait accus\u00e9 Salimata de vouloir la tuer. De retour \u00e0 Ouagadougou, la famille organise une r\u00e9union qui se solde par l\u2019expulsion de Salimata, contre l\u2019avis du patriarche.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Appel\u00e9s \u00e0 la barre du tribunal correctionnel de Ouaga I, Ali (\u00e9poux de Salimata), Souleymane, Sibiri et Alima (tous noms d\u2019emprunt) ont tent\u00e9 de se justifier. Ali, manifestement embarrass\u00e9, a reconnu avoir suivi la d\u00e9cision familiale sans preuves concr\u00e8tes : \u00ab Je ne sais pas ce que fait une sorci\u00e8re \u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Salimata, elle, a donn\u00e9 une version diff\u00e9rente des faits. Selon elle, c\u2019est le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone d\u2019une vieille dame qui aurait perturb\u00e9 la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie, provoquant l\u2019\u00e9nervement de la gu\u00e9risseuse et l\u2019interdiction faite \u00e0 toutes les femmes, et non \u00e0 elle seule. Pourtant, c\u2019est elle qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9sign\u00e9e comme coupable et rejet\u00e9e par sa famille.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Le 2 mai 2025, le Tribunal de grande instance de Ouaga I a reconnu coupables Ali, Souleymane, Sibiri et Alima d&rsquo;accusation calomnieuse de sorcellerie et de mauvais traitements. Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9s solidairement \u00e0 verser 1 million de FCFA de dommages et int\u00e9r\u00eats \u00e0 Salimata, ainsi que 500 000 FCFA de frais de proc\u00e9dure.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u00c0 retenir : Accuser quelqu\u2019un de sorcellerie sans preuve est une infraction grave, car elle porte atteinte \u00e0 la dignit\u00e9, \u00e0 l\u2019honneur et parfois \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la personne vis\u00e9e.<\/div>\n<div
