Il a cependant soulign\u00e9 qu\u2019<em><strong>\u00ab\u00a0un pays ne peut tout raser d\u2019un coup\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0et a pr\u00f4n\u00e9 un changement r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00ab Soit la monnaie \u00e9volue, soit nous prendrons nos responsabilit\u00e9s \u00bb, a-t-il assur\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ce n\u2019est pas la premi\u00e8re fois qu\u2019Ousmane Sonko s\u2019en prend publiquement \u00e0 la France et au FCFA. Cette d\u00e9claration fait \u00e9cho \u00e0 celle du Pr\u00e9sident s\u00e9n\u00e9galais qui avait pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 d\u00e9but avril des options pour rompre avec le franc CFA, parmi lesquelles la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une devise nationale. Bassirou Diomaye Faye a lui aussi admis que la transition ne pouvait pas \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e rapidement. Ousmane Sonko a \u00e9galement abord\u00e9 la question de la dette, souvent per\u00e7ue comme un frein \u00e0 la souverainet\u00e9 \u00e9conomique. Il a clarifi\u00e9 :<em><strong> \u00ab La dette ne traduit pas un manque de souverainet\u00e9, mais la dette sous conditions non n\u00e9gociables est hors de question \u00bb.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0Le chef du gouvernement a assur\u00e9 que tous les leviers \u00e9taient en action pour soutenir le financement de l\u2019\u00e9conomie s\u00e9n\u00e9galaise, dans un
