Cette session, pr\u00e9par\u00e9e par des experts les 14 et 15 janvier, a rassembl\u00e9 plusieurs ministres de la r\u00e9gion, dont ceux de l\u2019\u00c9conomie et des Finances du Burkina Faso et des Transports du Niger.Au c\u0153ur des discussions, l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration du Pilier \u00ab <em>D\u00e9veloppement<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb s\u2019est traduite par l\u2019adoption d\u2019une s\u00e9rie de mesures structurantes. La cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une Banque R\u00e9gionale d\u2019Investissement figure parmi les d\u00e9cisions phares, accompagn\u00e9e de l\u2019instauration d\u2019un pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement conf\u00e9d\u00e9ral sur les importations hors UEMOA pour assurer le financement des projets.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans le domaine des infrastructures, la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration a valid\u00e9 un ambitieux programme incluant un projet d\u2019autoroute Niamey-Bamako de 1 446 km et l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019une feuille de route pour le d\u00e9veloppement ferroviaire. Le volet agricole n\u2019est pas en reste avec un plan d\u2019am\u00e9nagement de deux millions d\u2019hectares pour les productions v\u00e9g\u00e9tales et animales.<\/p>\n<div id=\"card_img_jt\" class=\"card-header\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<p>La mobilit\u00e9 et l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux produits de base ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 au centre des pr\u00e9occupations, avec le projet de cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une compagnie a\u00e9rienne conf\u00e9d\u00e9rale et l\u2019\u00e9tablissement d\u2019une centrale d\u2019achat pour les produits de premi\u00e8re n\u00e9cessit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p
