Faut-il choisir entre vision techniciste ou humaniste du d\u00e9veloppement? C’est en ces termes que le philosophe Jacques Nanema interroge les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s contemporaines.<\/strong><\/div>\n
A mon sens, il y a sans doute une opposition purement conceptuelle. La technicit\u00e9 et l’humanisme sont compl\u00e9mentaires. Est-il possible d’avoir une vision techniciste sans humanisme?<\/strong><\/div>\n
Joseph Ki Zerbo qui a th\u00e9oris\u00e9 le d\u00e9veloppement endog\u00e8ne se situe dans laquelle des visions? Je r\u00e9pondrai, en disant un peu des deux. Celui qui a cr\u00e9\u00e9 le scanner dans le domaine de la sant\u00e9 se situe-t-il \u00e0 quel niveau? Les savants africains, d\u00e9tenteurs de savoirs endog\u00e8nes qui traitent des maladies incurables et dont on parle tr\u00e8s peu, sont-ils dans la technicit\u00e9 ou l’humanisme? Ces derniers qui ne prennent souvent aucun kopek quand ils vous ont aid\u00e9 \u00e0 recouvrer la sant\u00e9 sont sans doute plus proches de cette vision humaniste du d\u00e9veloppement.<\/div>\n
La question fondamentale pour parler comme le philosophe c’est dire ce que l’on entend par le mot d\u00e9veloppement. L’erreur pour les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s contemporaines c’est d’\u00eatre contraintes \u00e0 ne pas avoir la possibilit\u00e9 de se d\u00e9finir le contenu du mot d\u00e9veloppement. L’occident ayant impos\u00e9 sa propre vision. Nous (je veux dire Africains) devons-nous arr\u00eater, et d\u00e9finir le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 partir de nos cultures et notre trajectoire historique, celle qui ne s’\u00e9crit pas pour compter de la colonisation. L’Afrique pr\u00e9coloniale est une source d’inspiration dans de nombreux domaines pour nous et pour le monde! \u00c9videmment, il ne s’agit pas de tout rejeter, car toutes les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s, pour se d\u00e9velopper ont fait des emprunts.<\/div>\n
