Ce prix est destin\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9compenser une \u0153uvre artistique africaine par sa qualit\u00e9 exceptionnelle \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Dr Ousmane Bougouma, pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e l\u00e9gislative de Transition.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dr Bougouma s\u2019exprimait mardi \u00e0 Ouagadougou, au si\u00e8ge du Salon international de l\u2019artisanat de Ouagadougou (SIAO).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le Prix sp\u00e9cial Thomas Sankara de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 est une distinction institu\u00e9e par l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e l\u00e9gislative de Transition.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il s\u2019ajoute \u00e0 trois autres prix sp\u00e9ciaux d\u00e9cern\u00e9s par le parlement, d\u2019une valeur cumul\u00e9e de 3 millions 250 mille FCFA, pour r\u00e9compenser les stands des diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour Dr Bougouma, le Prix sp\u00e9cial Thomas Sankara rappelle que c\u2019est sous le leadership \u00e9clair\u00e9 du pr\u00e9sident Sankara que le Salon international de l\u2019artisanat de Ouagadougou a \u00e9t\u00e9 initi\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En novembre 1984, le pr\u00e9sident Thomas Sankara avait lanc\u00e9 \u00e0 Ouagadougou la premi\u00e8re exposition-vente de produits artisanaux, d\u00e9nomm\u00e9e \u00ab Artisanat 84 \u00bb. Le succ\u00e8s de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement a conduit \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition du SIAO en f\u00e9vrier 1988. Le pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 qu\u2019un jury ind\u00e9pendant et professionnel est charg\u00e9 d\u2019identifier la meilleure \u0153uvre dans le pavillon de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, qui recevra le Prix sp\u00e9cial Thomas Sankara de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. \u00ab Ce prix est un appel \u00e0 plus de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et d\u2019ing\u00e9niosit\u00e9 pour
